Nitre Bluing. Also known as fire bluing, Nitre Bluing produces that brilliant iridescent peacock blue, most commonly seen on Colt Single Action Army screws. Original Bluing used by Colt, Winchester, Marlin for small parts, screws, pins, magazine rings etc.
Rust Bluing. Traditional slow rust blue method for barrels and magazine tubes
Charcoal Bluing. Original pre 1900 Bluing used by Colt, Marlin, Winchester, etc.

Color Case Hardening. Traditional Bone Charcoal Case Hardening
